This onboarding video will help new SDR team members get fully set up at IWS. In this short walkthrough, I guide you through the three essential steps: creating your company email, activating your CRM account in Close.com, and joining our team communication workspace in Slack. Company Email Setup

Required

The first thing we need is your company email. For this, I’ll need a few things from you. you’ll receive an invitation in your personal email. Just open the email, click ‘Accept Invitation,’ and follow the instructions to set up your new company email. Make sure you save your password somewhere safe because you’ll use this email for everything inside the company

CRM Account Setup

Required

After your company email is ready, You’ll receive an invitation directly from Close. Open it, click the link, and follow the steps to activate your account. Once you’re inside, you’ll see your dashboard, your leads, and the tools you’ll use each day

Team Communication Setup (Slack)

Required

You’ll receive it in your company email. Click the link, create your Slack profile, and you’re in. Make sure to set your profile picture and update your display name so the team can recognize you.
